User cannot access thier calendar via owa

Hi

I have a user that can not view thier appiontment via calandar.  I am able to view my calendar but when i logon as the user to owa the calendar is empty

solved the issue had to delete the user calendar with mdu tool and recreate with the resetfolder switch

Local outlook profile issue from the look of it

Make an appointment via OWA and check it has filtered to outlook.
If it fails then its an outlook problem.

Re-create the outlook profile (if you need help with this i'll give you step by step guide)

Simplify Active Directory Administration

Administration of Active Directory does not have to be hard.  Too often what should be a simple task is made more difficult than it needs to be.The solution?  Hyena from SystemTools Software.  With ease-of-use as well as powerful importing and bulk updating capabilities.

To see calendar Inforamtion Using Outlook Web Access it uses System attendant mailbox.Check if System attendant mailbox is disconnected..

Thanks the re-creating the profile was not the answer.
Would the system attendant mailbox being disconnected affect everyone?

This is only one user is having the issue.  Thanks for you help!!!!

Checked  Microsoft KB 310440, I check if the required registry keys are intact
Checked legacyExchangeDN attribute looks something like this and it does on all servers

/o=OrganizationName/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=user
