Account Lockout Problem

Hi All,

I've just configured our new server with exchange 2010

after blood sweat and tears ive finally managed to get it to pass the outlook anywhere tests at www.testexchangeconnectivity.com

but now when i try to connect using outlook on my local machine it locks the email account out totally

even when i click "Unlock Account" in the AD it locks again immediately

Ideas Anyone???
