Sounds like you need to purchase a copy of Windows 7 along with a COA (Certificate Of Authority.)  I'm not sure what your asking is legal, we all have to pay for a Microsoft latest O/S.  That's just the way it works.

I'm assuming you mean LEGIT keys.

Check out Microsoft's BizSpark service.  As long as you have a desire to release something commercially, Microsoft will give you licenses to use free of charge.

There is no real (i.e. legal) source for "free" Windows activation keys.  You either have to purchase retail or volume licenses, or you can obtain a slightly discounted OEM copy with the purchase of qualifying hardware.

you can install the trial of windows 7 for 30 days then after that you can go to
start ---> cmd in the search---> right click cmd  -----> run as administrator ---> then type this in

slmgr -rearm

you can do this up to three times it will extend the trial period until you can save your 20,000 pennies to buy a copy of your own

On the disc, inside the file /sources/product.ini has keys for a whole bunch of MS products that you can legally use to activate the various products.
