ORA-00907 Cannot load library unit SYS.SYS_STUB_FOR_PURITY_ANALYSIS

Cannot compile a simple oracle procedure...it's in one database and connected to another via dblink...error is
PLS-00907: cannot load library unit SYS.SYS_STUB_FOR_PURITY_ANALYSIS@NLDB_REMOTE_CONNECT.NL.EDU
(referenced by BANINST1.F_STUDENT_GET_DESC@NLDB_REMOTE_CONNECT.NL.EDU)

the dblink user HAS execute privs on the sys.sys_stub_for_purity_analysis package!!

Many OTHER load procedures in the same schema using the same dblink...DO compile...any thoughts?

Attached is the load plsql procedure that will not compile...oracle version is 10.2.4.0

OK...found the solution to this:

The buffer_cache was full!...i.e. when the error message said it couldn't load the sys module: SYS.SYS_STUB_FOR_PURITY_ANALYSIS...it was due to the fact that the buffer_cache was full...for once...the error message was literally telling me what the problem was...ha!

so a quick alter system flush buffer cache...resolved the issue...!!!!

I found my own solution...but that's ok that no one else chimed in...this one was a doozy....
