I recently installed a new laptop. I joined it to the domain and setup Outlook 2010 for the user. I set it up in cached mode so they would have access to email and contacts when out of the office. They can access their email and contacts when disconnected. They can make changes to the Outlook contacts. However, when they try to print, they get an error message that this action cannot be completed because they are not connected to the Exchange Server (2003). Any ideas on how to correct this issue?
