has this problem just occurred, or have you JUST set this client up ? what server names are you using for the servers, single names or full qualified ? try switching to whichever you haven't configured. Entourage is very often picky about the exchange and directory server names. <br />

Open accounts and do a account verify to check that all servers are reachable...<br />

Are you using u/p login, or kerberos ?

I have a user that is trying to send e-mails and they are going directly to the outbox. I try to open the emails in the outbox to hit send and I get a message saying cannot open the e-mail is being sent. On the bottom right hand corner of the screen there is a progress bar for 5 emails that are in progress of being send but its not moving. I've restarted entourage and the same thing happens. Anyone have any ideas?
