I have a user that is trying to send e-mails and they are going directly to the outbox. I try to open the emails in the outbox to hit send and I get a message saying cannot open the e-mail is being sent. On the bottom right hand corner of the screen there is a progress bar for 5 emails that are in progress of being send but its not moving. I've restarted entourage and the same thing happens. Anyone have any ideas?

has this problem just occurred, or have you JUST set this client up ? what server names are you using for the servers, single names or full qualified ? try switching to whichever you haven't configured. Entourage is very often picky about the exchange and directory server names.

Open accounts and do a account verify to check that all servers are reachable...

Are you using u/p login, or kerberos ?

All the settings in entourage is correct, I figured out why they were going into her outbox. For some reason entourage was allowing her to send 3 attachments in one e-mail that totaled to 1.4 gigs!! This has to be some sort of bug with Entourage or either that its not fully updated. I told the user that she will not be able to send that file. But I did test to see if entourage would let her send one file at a time and it was a no go. Entourage gave us a message stating that each file was over its limit to send. Thanks for the suggestions on what to check.
