Hi EE.

If we remove or disable an AD user account from EMC and AD, will this automatically remove this user from delegates?

Cheers,

If you remove the account from AD it will remove it from the delegates immediatly.  If you disable the account, it will remain as a delegate; however since the account cannot log on, they would be blocked anyway.

We have disabled the account, some users still have the disabled user under delegates - we are unable to remove it manually...

Also if theres an email sent to an active user who has the delegate, will the email get forwarded to the delegate?

Mail will not be forwarded to the delegate; however if the delegate has the proper permissions, they will be able to open the mailbox.  Is this happening on a single user or multiple users?  If it is a single user, you might have to reinstall Outlook - just remember to make a backup.
