Front page of what?  ISA has no front page,...it doesn't even have a page at all.  Maybe you meant OWA and Forms Based Auth, as Gilsh assumed,...but you need to clarify what you are asking.

Yes, you are correct.  For OWA and WSS for the Forms Based Authentication.

I'm not sure where the page is "kept", but last I heard MS does not "support" editing the page because of all the other Cliejt-Side code in the page,...it would take much to screw it up. However, if you find where it is kept I don't think there is anything preventing you from editing it.   But sorry, I don't know the exact location of it.
