I'm trying to find an encrypted email solution that DOESN'T require PGP desktop software or Outlook add-ins for encryption and decryption.<br />

Preferrably being able to send and recieve from cell phones even if just web-based reader.<br />

Even a function like most banks have where you login to a message center on a website to read your secure messages and only get an unecrypted email prompting you that &nbsp;you have a new message.<br />

I've found some services that do something similar to the &quot;web based&quot; and &quot;cell phone&quot; useable but they're like $10 per month per user or something which I'm trying to avoid if at all possible :)<br />

Cheap enctypted email solution wanted

Encryption is the process of encoding messages or information in such a way that only authorized parties can read it. In an encryption scheme, the intended communication information or message, referred to as plaintext, is encrypted using an encryption algorithm, generating ciphertext that can only be read if decrypted. For technical reasons, an encryption scheme usually uses a pseudo-random encryption key generated by an algorithm. An authorized recipient can easily decrypt the message with the key provided by the originator to recipients, but not to unauthorized interceptors.
