Extended System drive showing in Disk management but not in Explorer

I have just extended my System drive C: and using partition manager but when I log back in it shows me the additional space via disk manager but not through Widows Explorer

Any advice would be really appreciated Disk manager Error

Run DISKPART from the command prompt.

Type:-
RESCAN
EXIT

See if that has made any difference.

Tried the rescan but it has not changed anything

It appears that the FAT tables are incorrect.  This is one of the risks of running partition magic.  BACKUP your data.  Then schedule a chkdsk on the c: drive, and this may fix these issues, you do risk file corruption however so make sure you have a backup.

I have managed to resolve this by installing the EASEUS partition utility thorugh windows whereas previosuly I was pre booting the utility
