Does anyone know if Microsoft's Identity Integration Server Feature Pack 2 will properly sync two Exchange Server 2007 GAL's that are in different forests?

yes, i currently have it synching between a 2003 and 2008 forest

So, just to be clear, IIFB 2003 will sync GAL's regardless of Exchange server versions?

yes, Exchange is just a part of AD where it extends the directory
the GAL synch is replicating AD objects and their attributes
