Does anyone know if Microsoft's Identity Integration Server Feature Pack 2 will properly sync two Exchange Server 2007 GAL's that are in different forests?

So, just to be clear, IIFB 2003 will sync GAL's regardless of Exchange server versions?

yes, Exchange is just a part of AD where it extends the directory
the GAL synch is replicating AD objects and their attributes
