I have several hundreds of contacts in Outlook 2007 (Exchange) and each contact has 1-3 phone numbers. I want to do a search and replace of the first digits in each numbers to make a uniform prefix of phone numbers so that they work and look the same in my phone. Today a phone number can look like this (46 is country code for sweden):

00 123331231
123 123123 12
12211 123 213
+46 123 123 12333
0046 1233321223

Is there a search/replace function that I can use in outlook?

There is no direct search/replace for contact info...

However, you can use export/import to accomplish this for you...

Export the contacts to a text or "csv" file and you can easily manipulate the exported file with your favorite editor, then just import the data back in!
