Internal Website stoped working SBS 2008

Hello

I have have had my SBS 2008 server running for about 2 months and every thing was working fine tell yesterday. I can no longer access the internal from internal LAN or web. I can access my OWA e-mail form the web and internal, I can connect remotely to any computer from the web and internal .I loged into the server and i can't access it for there eather. I get an http 500 internal server error. I checked IIS and every thing seems to look ok. But when I try to run the Shairpoint 3.0 Central Administration tool I also get an http 500 internal server error. any ideas?

i Installed that update about a month ago with no problems up until yesterday. I still tryed the steps in the link http://blogs.technet.com/b/sbs/archive/2010/06/18/companyweb-and-sharepoint-central-admin-not-accessible-after-installing-kb983444.aspx provided by Withtu with no luck still gettong http 500 error on company web and Shairpoint 3.0 Central Administration. I checked the event viewer and happened to see i now get an event id 2268 and 2274 ever couple seconds ever since i wasnt able to access the compainy web and Shairpoint 3.0 Central Administration sites. Any other ideas?

Really werid

both the internal website and Shairpoint 3.0 Central Administration if you test them both as it says to do from the link http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc735165%28WS.10%29.aspx and http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc735001%28WS.10%29.aspx when you go to browse you get an http 500 error on both the internal web site and the Shairpoint 3.0 Central Administration site. but when you go to the Worker process in IIS it shows them both running

im guessing that the events that are showing up is the issue at hand due to the fact they started showing up as soon as we started having the problem

when i go into the details of the event error 2274 here is what it says ISAPI

Filter 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_filter.dll' could not be loaded due to a configuration problem. The current configuration only supports loading images built for a AMD64 processor architecture. The data field contains the error number. When i go into the details of event id 2268

Could not load all ISAPI filters for site 'WSUS ADMINISTRATION'. Therefore site startup aborted

When i go into the ISAPI Filters Fro both the internal website and the Shairpoint 3.0 Central Administration site it shows 3 filter for each and one of then is the filter Filter 'C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_filter.dll' the one that would not start So i removed the filter form the sites and BAM every things working again

I was going to put a no for was the solution easy to follow cause is microsoft technet ever easy to follow :)

but its not withtu's fault microsoft dont make things easy

I am having the same problem with SBS 2011. The fix for SBS 2008 is not working. Any ideas?
