I have inherited what appears to be a nice managed Gb switch, that will fit a current need on my LAN.
It is a LanTech GE-24F4GBW
However I do not have a manual, and I cant figure out how to get into this thing to set it up or manage it.
I have done some basic searching online, but have not been able to find a manual.
If anyone can supply one or a link to one, I would be very grateful.
Thanks,
Ken C.

Have you tried to contact them directly and have a copy sent to you.  They don't make them available, at least not easily.

I had already taken the course that was suggested, and the manufacturer finally came through.
But t_hungate was the only person to reply, so I thank you very much!

...the link on the accepted solution is incorrect.
I found a cross reference model which is the same to GE-24F4GBW
