Issue with Blackberry Enterprise Server Express calendar synchronization

I have a brand new installation of Blackberry Enterprise Server Express running on an Exchange 2007 Server.  Everything is working fine except for calendar synchronization.  Anything I do in the calendar within Outlook will show on the Blackberry calendar, but nothing I do in the Blackberry calendar will show in the Outlook calendar.  By anything I mean creating, editing and deleting appointments.  It is effecting all blackberries.  Any suggestions on how to attack this?
