The Adobe PDF maker does not work in Office 2010 (including Outlook) because of the changes to the ribbon interface. You have to save your document and convert it from within Adobe Acrobat. I have the same products installed on my computer as you and have the same problem.

This is a known issue, and according to Adobe, will not be fixed until Adobe V10 comes out sometime in the future (just in time to be sideswiped by another Office change). .... Thinkpads_User
