newsid alike on 2008 r2

Hello,

i'm currently cloning a hyper-v 2008r2 server to a physical machine by using acronis trueimage server.
When i've enabled the option to change the sid after restore in acronis it errors out.
The machine will boot fine but after i try to generate a new sid by using sysprep and generalize option with oob experience it reboots and fails with the message trying to reboot the server due failed sysprep.
I've already even tried to clone my hyper-v machine by copying the vhd and generating a new machine, after running sysprep it gives exactly the same error message.
Now we're stuck. The cloned server needs a new sid to be joined correctly to the DC. But we cant since microsoft killed our newsid tool on 2008 r2 but their sysprep wont work.
Are there any other ways to change the sid on 2008 r2 or to analyze the error of the sysprepping?
Since they are terminal servers we need exact clones and reinstalling wont be an option.
I've included the logs from the failed machine of the %windir%\system32\sysprep\panther folder.

I would try to analyze your problem. In meantime please try to use NewSID 4.1 from Microsoft, maybe it would solve your problem?
