MS Exchange Server 2003 R2 Information store, system attendant, MTA stack services won't start and mail store won't mount.

Please help me with this I have run eseutil /d; /r /i; and /p commands. Still services won't start. I really need this up and running immediately. problem started yesterday. Isinteg command would not run! I uninstalled antivirus. Don't know what I should do next.

What can I do to fix this?

Questions:
a) Is this exchange 2003 standard or enterprise.
Exchange 2003 standard as a database size limit.

You can find yours by going here
start > run > regedit
Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\Server name\Private-Mailbox Store GUID
Check database size > convert hex to decimal to find your store size.

If your actual database size is more than the limit there, then your store will dismount.
solution - increase store size to 75 decimal

b) Please copy paste all msExchangeIS related events

start > run > eventvwr
Go to applications.

Please copy paste all errors.

ok now exchange event, information stores, and mta stacks won't start. error 1068 (dependencies, etc. etc.) system attendant started then stopped (sometimes no work to do.....)

First one on the bottom is 'attendant' which started then stopped. Mta was a couple up from that and wouldn't start (same 1068 error). IS hangs then doesn't start (1068). Exchange Event won't start (1068).
All other automatic services started ok.

I did post which services I could not run before my replete sunnyc7 and I also said that I could start the rest. Same 3 won't start and still cannot mount the mail store. Everything is as before with the added exchange event now also not starting.

Yeah I'm still calm (for now anyways) just really need to get this fixed. My internal health light turned red so I had to restart the server. As you can see I figured out how to get log back in to this chat on another machine. Server has restarted and I just logged back in.

Looks like that 7001 error in the event log just refers to the 'dependency service or group failure' same as the 1068 error I was getting.

hi sorry. I was driving - I saw the case and read some advice regarding delete log files.
Do not delete exchange log files at any cost.
If you do that - database will become unstable and it wont mount.

Can you summarize the present scenario of this case. i will read up the suggestions prior and post back.

we dont have to count the active sync errors as we dont have exchange database mounted so we will get these errors.... if you can double click on 7001 error and click copy or upload a print screen

After a Domain Controller is promoted to a Global Catalog, the Global Catalog must be rebooted to support MAPI Clients.  Reboot cttcsfp01.cttcs.local as soon as possible.

After a domain controller is changed to a global catalog, the global catalog must be restarted to support MAPI clients. To ensure that a global catalog responds to NSPI queries, restart the global catalog.

Make sure the TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service is started. If the TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service is not started, start the service and make sure the Startup Type is set to Automatic.
