Custom overlay for MPMoviePlayerViewController

Hi,

Hi I'm developing a app for the iPad and I need to create a custom overlay on a MPMoviePlayerViewController. I would like to have play - pause - volume - and done (exit) buttons in this overlay

Example code would be great.
