Windows 7 Ultimate joining MAC Domain 10.6.4

I am trying to join Win 7 Ultimate to Mac SL 10.6.4 domain.
I have already tried: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Apple/Operating_Systems/OS_X/OS_X_Server/Q_24865269.html?sfQueryTermInfo=1+10+30+7+domain+mac+window

& also the registry edits posted all over the internet, however they don't work.

Please help....
