server manager error can't show roles or features

Hi All
i have this problam:
server 2008 std x86 that can't show roles or features
the error that i get is this:

Hi Experts:
Does Anynody Knows If i can Do A Repair To The Installation Of The Server ?
Note: In The DVD Of The Installation There Isn't An Option Of "Repair" Like In An Older Vertions Of Winsows.
