How do i reformat my computer through Bios Setup Utility?

I have built my computer recently with a friend, and for the passed couple of days it has not let me passed first Asus screen... It says that BOOTMGR is Missing and i was wondering if someone coudl tell me how to reformat mny computer trhough the Bios Setup Utility Screen....Any help would be appreciated guys.

It could by that thare is a USB key or Floppy disk in drive ... Remove those and restart computer.
If still having problems insert cd with your system and reinstal windows. There will be an option inside installer that let you reformat drive.

Be sure to check if your computer points as a startup device : DVDdrive.

During boot up you usualy can press ( ie. F11) to go to boot up menu. if one isn't there there is a startup sequence in your BIOS setting.
