Google Apps shared calendar access in MS Oulook

We are using Google Apps and accessing email, calendar and contacts through MS Outlook using the Google apps sync program for Outlook.

In Google Apps, you have the ability to share your calendar with another user or group, assigning editing rights to that person.  this is ideal for administrative support of a business owner.  I've only been able to get this to work when accessing the calendar directly (via the web) at google apps.

Is there a way to get this calendar sharing enabled when syncing google apps with outlook?

Thanks!

Looks like it can only be done from the web..

""Share my Calendar" link
You can share calendars from Google Apps Sync, but you don't use the "Share my Calendar" link (which isn't available). Instead, set up sharing by signing in to your Google Calendar account in a web browser. For details, see Sharing and delegation."
