Need helping exporting XML file from Excel - getting error re: "List of Lists"

I have added an XML schema file (XSD) to a spreadsheet to use as an XML source.

I've mapped 1 cell in the spreadsheet to an XML data element but when I try to export the XML from Excel I get the following error:

Data_Map is not exportable because it contains the following:
List of Lists

The schema also contains required elements which have not been mapped into the spreadsheet.

I think I understand the 2nd part about the required elements but I can't figure out how to fix the list of lists error?

If I map the XML element to a cell at the top of a column it highlights the whole column so I mapped it to the cell at the bottom of the column to test and it only highlighted the cell, yet I got the same errror.

Thanks!!
