Outlook contact list hijacked

Somehow someone got ahold of my Outlook 2007 contact list it would appear.  I am getting emails from contacts that are spam.  Anything I can do?

Unfortunately if someone has gotten your contacts they will be able to import them into their Outlook client. Nothing you can do about this.
