Cisco router/switch/ASA troubleshooting

Sorry for the question, but is there an alternative help when it comes to Cisco troubleshooting?  I mean this more as an alternative to EE?  More like a second opinion on troubleshooting?

I normally go to https://supportforums.cisco.com/index.jspa if EE doesnt assist with cisco specific troubleshooting - its a community forums, but expect some decent help.
Besides having a support contract iwth Cisco, there is the actualy Cisco website can sometimes be helpful. Although if you just bought any of the products you have a year's worth of support direct from Cisco.
Did you want any other assistance or was the supportforums above sufficient ?

beside cisco.com the nsp list  (cisco-nsp mailing list  cisco-nsp@puck.nether.net) would help you a lot with cisco devices and troubleshooting
