Elastix CDR Reports. Outgoing calls not showing up in CDR unless they are internal.

Just wondering if anyone knew why my external calls will not show up in our elastix CDR report only internal outbound calls show up.

may be you have not setup your billing trunks.

1. goto Reports => Billing => Billing Setup
2. Tick your desired outgoing trunk and press "Billing Capable"

Also checkout ICTInvoice, elastix invoicing module from http://sourceforge.net/projects/ictinvoice/

Ok that allows me to see internal outgoing calls but does not allow me to see who made the call only shows our phone # made the call not which extension.  Do you know of a way to track internal extension outbound calls.

You can search "CDR Report" by source channel and can use "Summery by Extension". but there is no way in billing report to filter record via source channel.

however as I mentioned earlier ICTInovice can provide extension based invoices with complete CDR
