Apache Noobs need Help.

Apache Webserver stops and must be restarted manualy throught apache service monitor.  I am not to familar with anything apache but, stuck with this webserver.  Please help.  I can provide anything requested but, not sure what to include here.

Heres an article that says he commented out the lines referencing those DLLs in the php.ini file. The errors disappeared, and Apache started right up!
