You can check Create a Report SQL Statement in Query Designer and Create a New Configuration Manager Report

Hi
this is the SQl query statement you need add it to your report and it will work :

SELECT     v_GS_SYSTEM.Name0, v_GS_SYSTEM.Domain0, v_GS_SYSTEM.SystemRole0, v_GS_SYSTEM.SystemType0
FROM         v_GS_SYSTEM INNER JOIN
                      v_GS_SERVICE ON v_GS_SYSTEM.ResourceID = v_GS_SERVICE.ResourceID
WHERE     (v_GS_SERVICE.DisplayName0 = 'SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER)')
