how do i be able to link my table adapter with my datagridview?

did you drag your dataset into your form ....or youwant to programmtically add a datasource to a datagridview?

Your datagridview has already a datasource...
Me.RamalesTableAdapter.Fillpro(Me.Datamat.ramales, proyecto, sptempo) means that your tableadapter waits 2 parameters...
proyecto and sptempo...so you have to put some values in these parameters....
