Copy list items meta data sharepoint 2007 to sharepoint 2010?

Hi Experts,

i have to servers one is sharepoint 2007 and another one is sharepoint 2010.i want to copy list items meta data sharepoint 2007 to sharepoint 2010 using management shell command.

Not sure if it's possible out of the box.  I would probably create a web app in 2010, copy the SQL content db (containing the 2007 site), attach the db to the 2010 app.  This will upgrade the content db to 2010.  You could then export/import the list to where you want it by using: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee428301.aspx

i tried above solution but that is giveing error on all sites default.aspx

i have one sharepoint site in moss 2007 i detach the data base and i add to this data base sharepoint 2010 site and i deleted the existing database of sharepoint 2010.Data base added 100% if i open the site that is showing error message. the message is transation id error.

some sites are work this solution.
custom modified sites are not working.
