IBM DS 3200 - SAN

i have a IBM DS 3200, where the password for the controllers get lost, so that I can connect via Management Console but cannot apply changes without this missing password.
Now I connected a server via serial cable to the SAN via hyperterminal. 9600 / 8 / N / 1. I can see messages and he ask me for a password, not a user.
I tried many password like infinity, infiniti, wy3oo&w4
They not work. I made a call for IBM and ask for the password, but they want only sent someone to do this and not give telephone support.

The SAN has the actual firmware.

Any Ideas ?

The default IBM SAN password is infiniti..   Have you tried Infiniti or INFINITI?  It's been a while since I've had to do that, so I don't remember the case..  I'm also not 100% sure it's not infinity, to be honest..  ?

Ansonsten probieren Sie dies:
Really?  A non-english solution??

login with a serial zero modem cable and 38400 or 9600 , 8 N 1 to the Switch.

there is a logon screen with Password, pres ESC twice, that a logon screen with user and password is visible.

user: shellUsr
Password: wy3oo&w4

Command: clearSYMbolPassword

reset the Password, so that no password is set anymore and u can set a new one by the management console.
can this be done if I do not have a serial interface to the ds3200.  I only have HBA SAS or EitherNet ports,
Question has a verified solution.
