GNS3 Router Based firewall

In the attached file I wanted to set up a firewall and test it.

The firewall interface fa0/0 ip address :10.100.100.1, the fa0/1 ip is:20.100.100.1
I would like to set up a router based firewall using SDM. I have tried it but then (the firewall locked me out) I couldn't use SDM through my computer, since I have a loopback Interface IP:10.100.100.50 and the default gateway pointing to 10.100.100.1  (which is the IP address of fa0/0 of the firewall).

That would help if there is a walkthrough steps on how to configure a firewall on this Lab.

There are a number of elements to the firewall in the router, but this should get you started:

I don't see a link about configuring a cisco router as a firewall using SDM.

You generally won't.  Most of Cisco's configuration guides are command line based.  But here's some further reading:
