Shared Access to folders on remote system disabled automatically

Dear Sir,
We use one software which transfer files to other remote clients using Windows Shared path
\\ ( IP-ADDRESS).

Both Client & Server uses windows XP, Many times we find problem that we are unable to access remote shared folders while giving shared PC path in Run command bar.

Some times On restart of PC or on restaring computer browser service same connectivity reestablish, But problem reoccurs frequently.

Please guide

from windows command, or create a batch file

net use k: /d
net use k:   \\ipaddress\sharename
copy filename.ext k:\*.*

Eg
net use K: \\10.20.21.5\NetworkShareICreated

Sounds like you may not have passwords setup for users, or this may be a permission issue in group policy
