Outlook 2000 hangs on print screen

Hi

We have outlook 2000 on windows 2003 servers and there is problem when user open their outlook email and try to print selective pages in the email where that email is more than one page long then outlook just hangs and went into not responding state?

Outlook just hangs on the print screen if users click on pages radio button in order to specify number of pages to print (change from All pages to Pages).

Has anyone come across with this issue before? Servers are fully patched.

thanks

Close outlook
Go here
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

rename the outlprnt file to - outlprntfile-OLD

Restart outlook.
See if you can print now.

ok let me try this. what that file does?
that still does not fix the issue. any other idea?
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

TRy this one.
Your outlook has to be closed when you make those changes.
this solution just work temporarily. Is there any other option to look at?
Will post back. I am out of office today
are you back in office now? we are using office 2000 along with MS-word 2003 and excel 2003 on windows 2003 server. If we upgrade to outlook 2003 should this fix the problem. But we do not had this problem in the past as we are running under this setup for years now.
