I have 5 combo boxes:

combo box 1 has a list of items:  one, two, three, four, five, six, seven..... (display.visible)
combo box 2 has a different list of items: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7...... (display.hidden)
combo box 3 has a different list of items: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7...... (display.hidden)
combo box 4 has a list of items:  one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.....  (display.visible)
combo box 5 has a list of items:  one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.....  (display.visible)

I need for:
combo box 2 & 3 to change to display.visible
combo box 4 & 5 to change to display.hidden

If the value of combo box 1 is either (one, two or three)

combo box 2 & 3 to remain default  (display.hidden)
combo box 4 & 5 to remain default (display.visible)

Any sugestions???

I hope I understand what your question is.  When you say "hidden" do you mean visible but does not print.. so that the user sees the box but it does not print with the form? or...hidden but printable so the box is not visible but prints?  These options are found in the field properties window under the general tab section "Common Properties".  To access this, right click the field and select "properties".  If I have this answer wrong, please give more details about what you want these combo boxes to actually do as far as the user experience goes.
