Have an SBS 2003 server running BES Express 5.something

Was all working ok, but now I have 1 user who can recieve emails but can not send emails from his blackberry. Have chnaged his handset, tried another working SIM, deleted his BES account and recreated it. Have even added BESadmin as "send on behalf of" to his AD account

Any ideas?
Thanks

Greetings,

If rep-applying permission not do the trick....

In your original note you stated that you deleted his BES account and recreated it...  afterward, did you re-enterprise activate the replaced device?  You'd need to re-activate when you replace device or have deleted/recreated BES account.

Good luck!

Mojo - User was actually a member of the Account Operators group!

delmc - you are correct. Additional info can also be found on the Blackberry site:
