When I click on "send/receive" in Office 2010, I get an error message - "send/receive error" - I have OS Windows 7.  How can I correct?  Thanks -

Yes - I backed it up, formatted my HD, then re-installed it - it worked before -

OK.  That info is helpful.  Is this connecting to Exchange or an external email server?
Have you configured the mail servers correctly?
Did you read the error to see if it was failing on send, receive or both?
Send error would probably be the need to configure your outgoing mail server to use your credentials to send mail.  I believe it is a check box.
