SBS2003 Additional Information Store

Can you create an additional information store for Exchange in Small Business Server 2003 if you reach the maximum capacity on the default store (75gb) ?

No.  SBS 2003, like Exchange 2003, is limited to one store.  You need to upgrade or cleanup your existing mailboxes if you reach the 75 GB limit.  (You can add another Exchange server if you like... but it's probably cheaper and wiser in the long run to upgrade to SBS 2008 which permits 4 stores and virtually unlimited size
