BB server syncs with MS Exchange, but BCM has it's own database and can't be synched with Exchange. You won't be able to do this until MS (or someone else) sets up a way to sync the BCM database with the Exchange server.

What you could do is a one-time transfer of data between BCM and the regular outlook folders. You can then export it as a PST file, and then import it onto your exchange mailbox. CompanionLink makes a product that allows this: http://www.companionlink.com/products/companionlink-bcm.html
