I already added DUL01 to the RUS so that might take care of the problem from what i have read, but i was wondering if these errors had something to do with each other and also what to do about the second one (8260).

Hello

It look's like your LDAP server  (DUL01) is offline.
First try to ping that server from APOLLO, then try an telnet apollo 389 to verify that you can connect to LDAP service.

I have the same error msgs, but the event ID 8260 is referring to a server that no longer exists. Exchange is now running on the DC. How can I update this so it knows where to look for the address list configuration info?
