MVC 2 project load up very slow

I have a MVC 2 project with the issue of very slow load up.  It takes about 10 seconds to load up the project. After that, it works faster.    I have publish the site / compiled into dlls.

How can I speed up it?

I would suggest enabling the trace output. Then you'll be able to see where the slow downs are coming from. Here is a resource on how to enable tracing: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/0x5wc973.aspx
