dcpsysmgr windows 7 cannot communicate with the system bios

I'm getting this message when loggin into a XP machine.  I ran windows updates, but no updates were available.

Ideas?

DCPSYSMGR I believe is a piece of Dell software, so my advice would be to go to the Dell support page, enter the service tag of the machine, and download any software/drivers from the site and re-install them - THEN run Windows updates.
