Konica Minolta Bizhub thumbnail problem

We're seeing these miniature printouts occurring when printing (seemingly) PDF files to our BizHub.  "Miniature" as in the image comes out on the page the size of a postage stamp.  Suspecting driver issues or what ever but any ideas?  Only a few of 35 or so have reported the problem,  I have seen it myself...  Thanks.

I had a simliar problem printing to a Konica C451.  Try this:  Disable the option "Postscript Pass through" under the advanced tab on print driver

Turned out to be the scaling option setting in the print dialog box which was set to none.  According to Adobe, it needed to be set to "Fit to Printable Area".  Thanks though!
