Turned out to be the scaling option setting in the print dialog box which was set to none. &nbsp;According to Adobe, it needed to be set to &quot;Fit to Printable Area&quot;. &nbsp;Thanks though!

We're seeing these miniature printouts occurring when printing (seemingly) PDF files to our BizHub. &nbsp;&quot;Miniature&quot; as in the image comes out on the page the size of a postage stamp. &nbsp;Suspecting driver issues or what ever but any ideas? &nbsp;Only a few of 35 or so have reported the problem, &nbsp;I have seen it myself... &nbsp;Thanks.

We're seeing these miniature printouts occurring when printing (seemingly) PDF files to our BizHub.  "Miniature" as in the image comes out on the page the size of a postage stamp.  Suspecting driver issues or what ever but any ideas?  Only a few of 35 or so have reported the problem,  I have seen it myself...  Thanks.
