i am trying to configure my router rv082 to allow outisde user to connect my vpn

trying everything but it doesnt work

where can i start to resolv my problem

Maybe this helps. You can download the NCP client from the website http://www.ncp-e.com it's free and fully functional for 30 days.

Depends on whether you are using just windows, or also a VPN client program.

Have you looked at the logs on both ends ?

Phase 1, 2 and the PSK need to match on both ends.

well either your gateway address is not correct ( public IP ), or you are blocking your VPN at the firewall

Yes you can, but it is not as secure.

Did you check the Documentation and site for setting up a Windows VPN dialup ?

I remember it was pretty easy although we dumped this in favor of Juniper Netscreens

So there is a tutorial or somerhing else that can help me to configure it out

I had follow the tutorial from thegreenbow and iget the invalid cookie error, what they mean by resseting the vpn connection on each side
