I have a Windows 7 workstation with Wordperfect X3 (13), this workstation is part of a sbs 2008 network.

Get the error "Cannot Initialize templates" when trying to open Wordperfect and it will not open..

If i change the user to a network administrator it works fine.

On another Windows 7 workstation, with a standard user and it works fine.

Thanks in advance,
Aaron

The folder where the registry was directing the template locations had 2 issues.

1. The templates were not in the folder. Moved templates from another location.
2. The template folder had no permissions set. Used NTFS permissions to set the proper permissions for user.

Standard User can now open word perfect.
