How to use a code signing certificate with Delphi application

Hi,

I'm about to buy a code signing certificate for my Delphi app.
But before I do so, I would like to know if it can easily be used/integrated on a Delphi app.

Can anybody tell me:
1. What would be a good (cheap) place to obtain a certificate?
(there are a lot of options: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms995347.aspx)
2. How exactly is a Delphi application code-signed?

You will be able to sign resulting .exe file by using special utility like signtool.exe. Here is describing how to do it:

I believe it the most cheap is
commodo 166 Euro
http://www.instantssl.com/code-signing/
or
godaddy $199.99/y
http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/ssl/signing.asp?ci=13314

Also you can try to find coupons for that
