Hi, while starting the service try continuosly issuing a ' netstat -na | find "SYN" ' command in a command prompt window.
This will show you unsuccessful connections.
Then check your firewall software.

Hope it helps.
-Pietro.

ok, here's what I've done to fix this problem, run the following two lines in the command prompt:

cscript %SYSTEMDRIVE%\inetpub\adminscripts\adsutil.vbs SET W3SVC/AppPools/Enable32bitAppOnWin64 0
%SYSTEMROOT%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

after that I checked with the service and started it and when refreshed and checked, successfuly running.
