HTML template from Mailchimp template is badly stretching and shrinking in outlook

Hi,

My email blasts look great in everything. Gmail, Hotmail, entourage, almost everything. Even on all browsers both mac and PC. But when its viewed in a PC using Outlook 2007. Its doesnt look good

Outlook uses word's html render engine, and sadly it's not a good one (not even 'as good as' IE).
The good news are that you can use Word as a WYSIWYG editor to fit your html into outlook rendering style, the bad news are that word will screw up a lot of messing code that definitively will prevent your code from display correctly on other browsers.

Maybe this article of microsoft about Outlook 2007 rendering capabilities would help you to find a solution to fit your design into it.
