VB.NET Split Function

Is that an easy way to SPLIT a string into an array of characters when the string contains no spaces.  

Array() = split("company",?)

where the resulting array will be

Array(0) = c
Array(1) = o
etc...

Dim s As String = "company"
Dim arr() As Char = s.ToCharArray()
